Clubs at School

We offer a wide range of clubs at IQRA. These are run at lunchtimes, before and after school. Clubs are either run by our teaching staff or a qualified external coaches. 

Breakfast Club: The school runs a very popular Breakfast Club for all pupils from Reception to Year 6. Breakfast club runs during term time from 8.00 am to 8.45 am in the Foundation Stage Building (children must arrive before 8.30am). There is a minimal cost of attending the club of 50p per day, which needs to be paid in advance. Breakfast is served until 8:15 am. If parents would like their child/ren to attend Breakfast Club, they will need to complete a registration form which can be obtained from the office. Due to restrictions in the number of children that we can take, we do not allow parents to bring their children to attend breakfast club without prior registration.

Cub Scouts: Every Monday from 3.00pm-4.00pm. There is a charge of £1.00 per session.This club is available to Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 pupils.

Chess Club: Every Thursday 12.15pm – 12.40pm. This club is for Year 6 pupils.

Additional lunchtime clubs will be starting soon.

Dinner Time Sports: 

Table Tennis Club & Nerf Wars are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. These clubs are open to Key Stage 2.

All year groups also have access to the outdoor gym equipment during morning break, afternoon break and lunchtime.
